From port operations to P&L.

I started my career on the operations floor at Maersk in Felixstowe, managing liner services across North Europe before taking on full P&L responsibility for $160M in annual revenue across 240,000 containers at UASC. I've worked across every layer of the industry — vessel operations, trade management, pricing strategy, and corporate development — across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and South America.


That foundation gave me an instinct for where logistics businesses lose money, where data is missing, and where the right piece of software can make an outsized difference.

I don't just spec the solution — I build it.

Over the past seven years I've founded four logistics startups, each time taking a product from idea to working software. At FarSea & BoxHaul I did it entirely solo — designing the UX in Figma, coding the front-end in React, building the back-end in Django with Celery and Redis, and deploying on AWS.


I've also led product teams in a more traditional sense — running discovery, writing epics, managing roadmaps, and mentoring PMs. The result is a profile that's rare in logistics: someone who can sit in a customer meeting in the morning and ship a feature in the afternoon.
